Community Planning Process: Vision and Action Plan Implementation and Follow-through

Once the plan has been presented, Winning Communities recommends and helps the community organize action teams follow up with the plan's specific goals. The action teams should meet regularly and consistently in order to make progress toward their area's goals.

Communities should focus on making strides toward implementing each individual goal or project within the community vision and action plan. The goals could be anything from establishing a technology training program or building an airport to revitalizing downtown storefronts.

Winning Communities can help you develop community support for your community goals and implementation projects as well as assist you with identifying sources for community grants or other funding.
